Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the travel advisory services provided by TRAVELLOIRE (“we”, “us”). By using the site, submitting an inquiry or asking us to make a booking, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Seller of Travel disclosure.

1. Our role

TRAVELLOIRE acts as an independent travel advisor and booking agent. We arrange reservations with third-party suppliers such as hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, transfer companies and insurers. Each supplier’s own terms and conditions, including cancellation, refund and change policies, apply to your booking and are provided to you at the time of booking. We do not own or operate any supplier and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

2. Fees and compensation

Hotel, resort and cruise reservations are complimentary on most bookings; we are compensated by our partner suppliers. Where a planning fee applies, for example for fully custom multi-destination itineraries, it is disclosed in writing before any work begins and is non-refundable once work has started. Supplier pricing is subject to availability and change until a booking is confirmed and paid.

3. Deposits, payments and confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only when the supplier issues a confirmation. Deposits and balances are due by the dates stated on your invoice or the supplier confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit under the supplier’s terms. Payments are made directly to suppliers or through our host agency’s secure payment systems; we do not store full card details.

4. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the supplier’s policies and may incur charges up to the full cost of the booking. We will always tell you the applicable policy before you commit. Refunds, where due, are returned by the supplier to the original form of payment and can take several weeks to process.

5. Travel documents and entry requirements

You are responsible for ensuring every traveller holds a valid passport (generally with six months’ validity beyond return), any required visas, vaccinations and health documentation, and for complying with the entry rules of each destination. We provide guidance and official resources, but requirements change and the final responsibility is yours. Names on bookings must match travel documents exactly.

6. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical expenses and evacuation. Insurance can be arranged through us at the time of booking. If you decline cover, you accept the financial risk of cancellation, delay, illness or loss.

7. Prices, taxes and currency

Quoted prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude resort fees, local taxes, gratuities and incidental charges payable locally. Suppliers may apply surcharges after booking where permitted by their terms.

8. Health, safety and conduct

You are responsible for your own fitness to travel and for the conduct of your party. Suppliers may refuse service to anyone whose behaviour endangers others or breaches their rules, without refund.

9. Events beyond our control

Neither we nor our suppliers are liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government action, civil unrest or airline and port disruption. Where possible we will help you rearrange plans; any costs are governed by supplier terms and your insurance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRAVELLOIRE’s liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount of any planning fee you paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for the acts, omissions, negligence or insolvency of any supplier.

11. Website use and intellectual property

Content on this website, including text, design and the TRAVELLOIRE name and mark, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Photography is licensed from third parties and is representative of destinations rather than specific properties unless stated. Information is provided in good faith and may change without notice.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By making a booking you consent to our sharing the details needed with the relevant suppliers.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith directly with us; failing resolution, it will be brought in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a booking applies to that booking.
