Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026
TRAVELLOIRE (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through travelloire.com and in the course of planning and booking travel, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, email address, phone number, travel dates, destinations, party size and ages, occasion, budget range, preferences and anything you write in a message.
- Booking information: passport details, dates of birth, loyalty numbers, dietary or accessibility needs and payment details required by suppliers to complete a reservation.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring links, collected automatically through standard server logs and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and design, quote and book travel on your behalf.
- To share the details that suppliers need to fulfil your reservation.
- To support you before, during and after travel, including in an emergency.
- To send occasional updates about TRAVELLOIRE. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect against fraud and misuse of our forms, and to improve the website.
3. Who we share it with
- Travel suppliers: hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, transfer providers and insurers involved in your trip.
- Our host agency and consortium partners, through which bookings and preferred-partner benefits are processed.
- Service providers: Resend for email delivery, Google for the display of public reviews and Vercel for website hosting, each under its own privacy terms.
- Authorities where required by law, such as advance passenger information for international travel.
We do not sell personal information.
4. International transfers
Because travel is international, your information may be transferred to suppliers outside the United States. We share only what is needed to fulfil your booking.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and spam protection on our forms. Full payment card details are handled by suppliers and secure payment systems and are not stored by us.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to marketing, or ask us to restrict processing by emailing info@travelloire.com. Texas residents and residents of other US states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which we will honour as applicable.
8. Children
We collect information about child travellers only from a parent or guardian for the purpose of a booking, and do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the current version.
